1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

• Product is damaged during transit

• Wrong product delivered

• Manufacturing defect

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Cement (once delivered and accepted)

• Sand & Aggregates

• Custom-cut materials

• Used or opened items

3. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after inspection.

• Refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days.

• Shipping charges may be non-refundable.

5. Replacement Option

Customers may opt for replacement instead of refund (subject to stock availability).
